These booklets are produced for consumers to explore the many usages of pork within home cooking. Information and recipes from the booklets are also circulated to journalists for their cookery pages. A quantity of the booklets are distributed to and used by independent butchers, supported by posters, which display some of the dishes.
Please feel free to download copies of the booklets or call 01908 609821 to receive a printed copy.
